Reporting a problem

To help us fix it quickly, please include:

• which lab you were using (PDF Lab, Photo Lab or another);
• what you were trying to do (for example, “merge two PDFs” or “remove the background”);
• your browser and device (for example, “Chrome on Android”);
• the approximate file size and, for PDFs, the number of pages;
• any error message you saw.

Please do not attach your files or send passwords. We never need them, and keeping your documents and photos private is the whole point of these labs.

Suggest a new lab

More labs are on the way. If there is a small, everyday tool you wish existed in a private, in-browser version, tell us what you would use it for.

For partnerships or press, use the email above with the subject “Business”. Please note that we cannot recover lost PDF passwords or restore lost work or files, because we never receive your documents or photos.
